Homework
Homework is an important part of learning. It gives students the opportunity to improve their fluency and confidence and supports deeper learning. Exploring topics and subjects in self-directed and creative ways develops a sense of responsibility for their own learning and academic independence. Homework may consist of written assignments, revision, quizzes or assignments set on one of one of our apps such as Educake or Sparx Maths.
All homework is set using the Edulink One app. Parents and students can view what homework tasks have been by clicking the homework tab in Edulink.
The homework timetable for Year 7, 8 and 9 students is shown below. Specific information about the homework set in each subject area can be viewed from the subject pages. If you have any queries linked to homework then please contact the class teacher initially. If further guidance is required, please contact the relevant curriculum leader.
