This is a disclosure system where you can choose to leave your contact details or remain anonymous. You can report, in confidence, information to protect yourself or individual children who you consider to be suffering or likely to suffer significant harm. If any serious offences are reported, this information may be given to other agencies to assist you with your problem.
You can also contact the school if you want to leave your details.
