Our online library is open even though we can no longer welcome you to the real thing!  Click ‘Read a book on your iPad’ below to find out more.

Everyone is welcome in the library – come and see what new titles we have acquired lately for reading for pleasure.

We hope you will find a book that is just right for you. Mrs Ridings and Mrs Choudry, our librarians, can help you choose a book at your reading level that you can enjoy. If there is a book you would like to read that isn’t in the library, please make a request and we will do her best to add it to the library collection.

A tile on your iPad enables you to see what books you have borrowed and when they are due back.

On this page, you will see we also have a Twitter account where you can find the latest news from the Library and also links to authors we know (after only one day the authors Penny Joelson and Tom Palmer are following us already!)

The Library Opening Hours are:

  • Before School from 8:15am
  • Break-times
  • After school until 4pm every day
How the Library works – borrowing and returning books

Books are issued for a two week period but then can be renewed if you haven’t finished them in that time.

If you forget to bring them back, you will receive a series of email reminders about your overdue book(s) until you return them. We don’t have fines for overdue books but do ask you to replace missing or damaged items if possible.
