The Edulink One app is a convenient way to share information with you about your child’s school life. You can access the system easily from a smartphone, tablet or PC – anytime, anywhere.
What will you find in the Edulink One app:

- School calendar, training days and contact details available at the click of a button
- Access to your child’s school reports
- If you have more than one child at school, you will have access to information for all your children, from the same app.
The information that you receive through the app will help you to stay up-to-date with your child’s school life as well as support your child’s development and progress.
Keeping us up to to date
The Edulink One App allows you to review the personal information we store about you and your children. It is especially important for us to have correct contact information in case we need to call you in an emergency. You can view and suggest changes to the information we hold about you online via the app.
Signing up for Edulink One
Make sure you have downloaded the app from either the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). You can also login from a PC or Windows phone using http://edulinkone.com
You may come across some security issues if you are trying to register at work due if your employer uses security policies. Please register at home if this occurs.
We will send you an activation email with information about downloading the app and a temporary password. Please check your spam/junk mailbox if the email does not appear in your inbox. If you have not received an invitation, please contact us.
Basic Features
Timetable
This gives you a view of your child’s current timetable and will be kept up to date with any changes of teachers, groups or rooms as they happen.
Attendance
This shows a percentage breakdown of the attendance of your child, correct up to the previous week. You can see your child’s morning and afternoon registration record including recorded reasons for absence and current unauthorised absences.
Achievement
Under this section you will be able to see all of the achievement points your child has been awarded in the current academic year, details include which teacher and subject awarded the points in and the reason. You are also given a total for the year.
Your name will appear in the top left and the names and school photos of any children you have at Haslingden will be either in the top right (desktop) or underneath your name (mobile). To access the different information tap the round menu options, these are summarized below.
Documents
This is the store of any key documents relating to your child for you to access, in particular all school reports and progress checks since they joined Haslingden.
Contacts / Account Info / Update Information
The first two of these show your details and the details of your child, under current data protection legislation it is important that you are able to see this information and confirm for yourself that it is up to date. The third option allows you to notify us of any changes to yours or your child’s details.
Homework
Details of tasks set for homework with deadlines. You will also receive emails when tasks are set and when work is due.
